NOTICE OF QUORUM PRESENCE
TUESDAY, AUGUST 11, 2026 FROM 8:00 P.M. UNTIL 10:30 P.M.
NOBLES COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER
315 10TH STREET, WORTHINGTON, MN 56187
The Public is hereby notified that a quorum presence of the Nobles County Commissioners may be present on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 from 8:00 P.M. until
10:30 P.M. within the Nobles County Government Center (315 10th Street, Worthington, MN 56187). The purpose for this quorum presence is to assist Election Judges transport election supplies from vehicles to the Nobles County Election Processing Area (Farmer's Room). This is has been a customary practice as election supplies are heavy and there is some distance from the unloading site to the processing area.
Let it also be known that none of the assisting Commissioners are up for election during this Primary Election (no conflict of interest). Their Commissioner names are not placed upon any of the ballots in the transported election supplies. These election supplies are all sealed by Precinct Election Judges prior to any on-site election workers having exposure to the enclosed and sealed ballot transport boxes.
