The initial Estimated Market Value (EMV) Sale on September 9th, 2025 will start at 10 a.m. in the Farmers Room located in the basement of the Nobles County Government Center -315 10th St, Worthington, MN. Here is a complete listing of 2025 Tax Forfeited Land Sale. [PDF, 159.05 KB] Parcels not sold at the EMV Sale may be offered for sale the day following the EMV sale at the Nobles County Auditor-Treasurer counter at the same initial EMV price for a period of 30 days. The starting bid for the Initial EMV Sale is equal to the most recent Estimate Market Value as determined by the Nobles County Assessor’s Office.
