Public Sale of Tax Forfeited Properties Starting at 10 a.m.

The Minimum Bid Sale on October 10th, 2025 will start at 10 a.m. in the Farmers Room located in the basement of the Nobles County Government Center -315 10th St, Worthington, MN. Here is a complete listing of 2025 Tax Forfeited Land Sale. [PDF, 181.89 KB]  If a property did not sell during the EMV sale on September 9th or during the 30 days following that sale, it will be offered for sale at the Minimum Bid Sale on October 10th, 2025. The starting bid at this sale will be equal to the sum of delinquent taxes, special assessments, penalties, interest, and costs assigned to the parcel, as defined by Minnesota Statutes, section 282.005, subdivision 2.
