Drug Court: Rock Nobles Community Corrections has been involved in the collaboration of the Minnesota Cornerstone Drug Court (MCDC) which began in February 2012. MCDC is a collaboration of the criminal justice and treatment systems to reduce the incidence of substance abuse and related criminal activity. MCDC is an 18-24 month program.

Electronic Home Monitoring: The court may order an offender to electronic monitoring in lieu of incarceration, as a pre-trial condition or long-term monitoring. Long-term monitoring includes a set number of days on the monitor. Long-term monitoring includes a set number of days on the monitor for each year on probation. Electronic monitoring services are contracted through Community Compliance Monitoring Services

Random Drug Testing: Simple screening, using a 5 Panel Screening Kit is conducted in the department by the agents. If an offender contests the screening results, the sample is sent to MedTox Laboratories for confirmation. Each drug test costs the client $10 and each PBT costs $5.

MADD Impact Panel: This panel is usually offered for adult alcohol offenders. The panel meets four times a year and has many informational benefits. The panel meets at the Fire Hall in Worthington MN. The cost is $50 which must be done with a money order payable to MADD.

Chemical Dependence Evaluations: Adult chemical dependency screenings are initially conducted in the department with a SASSI evaluation. The evaluation costs $100. Further evaluation is conducted through a contract with the Nobles County Community Services Agency or the Luverne Sanford Hospital.

Parenting Class: In conjunction with District 518 Rock Nobles Community Corrections offers a free parenting class to those incarcerated at the Nobles County Jail and individuals in the community. The classes are offered three times a year and cover a multitude of topics.

Thinking for a Change: This a cognitive behavioral therapy that incorporates social skills, cognitive change and problem solving. This class costs $100, but the clients can get $70 back for successfully completing the program.
