Property Appraiser I – Assessor Department

Full-time

Purpose:  Supports the daily activities of the Nobles County Assessor’s office in valuation, assessment, and administrative fields. Qualifications: high school diploma, or GED, with a minimum of one year experience in Real Estate, Carpentry, Appraisal, Administration, Accounting, or a related field. Ability to obtain CMA designation within two years of hire. Valid driver’s license required.

Starting Wage:  $19.99/hour.

County Attorney

Full-Time

Pay Rate $91,728/Annual

Purpose:   Nobles County has an opening to appoint a County Attorney to complete an unexpired elected term through December 31, 2022. The Nobles County Attorney is the chief prosecutor and provides legal services, representation and advice for Nobles County, its agencies and its officials.

Request for Proposals – Prairie Justice Center Security Camera System

 The County of Nobles is inviting proposals for the purpose of selecting a Security Systems Contractor to upgrade the security camera system of the Prairie Justice Center (PJC) & Jail at 1530 Airport Rd, Worthington MN 56187.  The proposal, as submitted, should include all estimated costs related to the services requested in this RFP.  A mandatory pre-bid walkthrough, beginning at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 27th at the main entrance of the PJC, is required in order to familiarize the scope of the project.  Additional technical specs will be provided during this time.

Proposals must be received in Nobles County Administration office no later than 1:30 P.M. on Friday, July 12th, 2019.
