Nobles County Community Services can assist residents with the chemical use assessment process (also known as Rule 25), which consists of:
- A chemical use evaluation
- A determination of the need for treatment.
If the assessment recommendation is for treatment, payment for the treatment program is through private insurance, self-pay, or with Consolidated Chemical Dependency Treatment Funds (CCDTF) for those who are income eligible.
