Deputy Assessor – Assessor’s Department

Full-Time

Salary Range:  $55,654.63 – $70,107.84/Annual (2019 Wage)

Deputy Assessor: supports the daily activities of the Nobles County Assessor and the Nobles County Assessor’s office. Qualifications: vocational/technical diploma in Real Estate, Administration, Accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of three years of experience as an Assessor or Real Estate Appraiser; must have an AMA certification and ability to obtain Tax Calculation Certification. Valid driver’s license required.

Property Appraiser/Assessment Technician – Assessor Department

Full-time

Starting Wage:  $21.19/Hour

Property Appraiser/Assessment Technician: Supports the daily activities of the Nobles County Assessor’s office in valuation, assessment, and administrative fields. Property Appraiser I or Property Appraiser – Assessor Department

The Nobles County Assessor’s Department is currently accepting applications to hire one of the following positions depending on qualifications:

Property Appraiser I:  Supports the daily activities of the Nobles County Assessor’s office in valuation, assessment, and administrative fields.
