New Starting Wage:   $19.50/Hour

Purpose:  The Correctional Officer maintains order and safety within the Nobles County Jail.  This position caries out specific duties required for the safe and secure operations of the jail and secure movement of inmates to and from courts.  The duties range from booking incoming inmates, transporting inmates to other jurisdictions, monitoring the jail through both visual and electronic means, and intervening and controlling emergency situations in the jail.

Level 16, Pay Rate $64,654.72 – $81,477.71/Annual

Purpose:  Supervises, administers, and monitors family and children’s social services programs for the Nobles County Community Services Department.

Temporary Assistants – Auditor/Treasurer’s Office – 2 positions

Temporary – 2 positions will be hired to work a maximum of 67 days each.  Individuals will start at staggered times of July 1 and August 1, 2018.

$12.00/hour; +$.50/hour for second year

Purpose:  Provide assistance in the Auditor-Treasurer Office during election and tax collection peek periods.
