Public Health Nurse Clinics

Highly skilled Public Health Nurses deliver a full range of services throughout the community, including the identification and assessment of health care needs and resources, patient advocacy, community liaison, and nursing care to families in our clinics and in the client’s home. Public Health Nurse Clinics provide a broad range of health and wellness programs to diverse segments of Nobles county residents. Many of our services are low-cost or free.

We provide an extensive array of skilled medical and nursing services that address:

 

  • Healthy infants, children, and adults
  • Pregnant women
  • Mothers with new babies and/or young children
  • Families with health or parenting concerns
  • Sexually Transmitted Disease treatment and education
  • Immunization and tuberculosis screening
  • Family nutrition education
  • Medication management
  • Foot Care Clinics
  • At risk teens
