Services & Responsibilities
The Administration Office provides leadership to ensure that the policies of the Board of Commissioners of Nobles County are implemented. This leadership includes management of current operations as well as planning for the future. The County Administrator’s Office is also the contact point for human resource issues. Citizens may make an appointment to meet with the County Board of Commission through this office.
Planning for the future is a critical tool for good management, it entails anticipating how to meet needs for future service delivery, including where and how we deliver services and how we will finance those services. The County Administrator provides information and guidance in helping the elected officials make critical decisions about service delivery for now and in the future.
Information about delivery of our programs and services is distributed to the many media outlets in order to inform as many people as possible about their County Government. We also provide cable coverage of all Board Meetings and activities. The office maintains records of Board meetings and provides current and historical information on County operations.
